Q: Why is the Early Days collection pre-order only?

A: Our pre-order model allows us to produce items in an environmentally conscious manner. By only creating what is ordered, we minimize excess inventory and waste, creating a more sustainable approach that’s better for the planet.

Q: How long does this preorder campaign last?

A: This pre-order campaign will last the month of February and close on March 1st.

Q: When will I receive my items after placing a preorder?

A: Your items will arrive within 6-8 weeks after placing your order as we print and ship on demand. We will keep you updated on the progress via email.

Q: Can I modify or cancel my pre-order?

A: Unfortunately, we are unable to modify or cancel pre-orders once they are placed. 

Q: Are returns or exchanges allowed for preorder items?

A: We don’t accept returns or exchanges for this limited edition run.

Q: How can I track the progress of my preorder?

A: We will provide regular updates via email to keep you informed about the status of your order. Additionally, you can email to our customer support team for any specific inquiries regarding your order.
